We do not share your personal or financial data with any third parties, including government systems. Your data is for the private use of GK SMART and the authorized user only.
We use Gemini AI (Google) for secure, AI-assisted document processing within our protected infrastructure to help categorize your private notifications.

If a user stops using GK SMART services, their information will be retained for a period of 90 days. During this time, your data will not be recycled, shared, or used for any other purpose. After 90 days of inactivity, all data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
Should you choose to stop using our services, we will facilitate the download of your information. Your data will be compiled into a PDF or other accessible format and sent to your registered email address for your personal records before deletion.
