IMPORTANT: Our portal uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze documents and provide taxation estimates. These results are for informational purposes only and:

Do NOT constitute official financial, legal, or tax advice.
Are strictly estimates based on the data you provide.
GK SMART does not guarantee the 100% accuracy of AI-generated calculations.

Users are responsible for verifying all figures with a qualified professional or official government sources before making any payments or filings.

4. User Responsibilities

As an authorized user, you agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Ensure that all data and documents uploaded are accurate and legally obtained.
Not share your account with unauthorized third parties.
Use the portal only for its intended business purpose as per your agreement with GK SMART.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Attempt to bypass security features or "scrape" data from the portal.
Use the AI tools to generate fraudulent reports or documents.
Engage in any activity that interferes with the performance of our infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

GK SMART shall not be liable for any financial losses or penalties incurred as a result of relying solely on AI estimates. The decision to act on any notification provided by the portal rests entirely with the user.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the portal at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms or misuse of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Phnom Penh.
